SLUG WINTER MILESTONES

Congratulations to Lisa Hofmann, who successfully defended her second qualifying paper, entitled “Sentential negativity and polarity-sensitive anaphora.” The paper presents a hyperintensional account of propositional anaphora of positive and negative polarity. Her committee consisted of Adrian Brasoveanu (chair), Donka Farkas, and Jorge Hankamer. Congratulations, Lisa!
