For the S/Lab meeting this week (Monday, 04/19, at 11 am, Zoom link), Jack Duff led a discussion of Wolff (2003), “Direct causation in the linguistic coding and individuation of causal events.”
SPLAP had their third meeting on Monday, 04/19, from 1 pm to 2 pm at this Zoom link. They discussed Clifton & Frazier (2017).

For the meeting this week (Wednesday, 04/21, at 10 am, Zoom link), Ben Eischens will present his ongoing work on tone sandhi in San Martín Peras Mixtec. His presentation is titled “Tone sandhi, laryngealization, and vowel quality in San Martín Peras Mixtec.”
