AD HOC SEMANTICS TALK BY FLORIS ROELOFSEN THIS MONDAY

Floris Roelofsen, a frequent Linguistics Research Center visitor, will give an ad hoc semantics talk on Monday, January 28th at 2:00 pm in the Linguistics Common Room (Stevenson 249), entitled “An inquisitive perspective on meaning: the case of disjunction”. This talk will serve two purposes: (i) to (re)introduce inquisitive semantics and Floris’s work to the department, and (ii) to allow him to try out his job talk for Stanford and UMass.
